time flies by so quickly doesnt it, it is already the middle of April, and spring has sprung. well warmer temps have returned and I have a beautiful card to share with you for Heartfelt Creations Wednesday.
This project was published in the Fall 2014 Issue of Canadian Scrapbooker!

this stamp was one of my stamps that i chose in my DT original kit, and i have been waiting to work with it, and I am glad that i did.  I have been playing with my distress markers and i have to say, I heart them.

other materials: spellbinders detailed scallops; Grand Decorative Labels One; may arts ribbon and twine. maya road trinket pins; distress markers, water colour paper; walnut stain distress ink; memento tuxedo black ink. vanilla cardstock.

Instructions: cut grand decorative labels out twice on vanilla cardstock. one is card base, second is for card back. on card back trim off top of the grand decorative label scallop. this will allow the card to flip properly. take a 2" x 5" strip of paper and fold in half, adhere Art Institute dries clear to each side and attach as close to top of card base (front inside) and back (inside) this will create your fold. from raindrops on roses collection cut a grand decorative label out on one of the green papers. using the moss green 3D stamp paint on edges, set aside to dry. cut a 5.5x6 from coordinating paper out, distress edges and adhere to green paper. attach this to card base. stamp the tattered collage out twice on water colour paper. one for base, and one to cut. colour both using distress makers. , on top cut out the flowers and leaves as shown on base, mold flowers slightly with molding mat and tool. On Bottom one, distress edges with walnut stain distress ink and add water droplets by misting water in your hand and dropping it on the card base, heat set to dry. adhere cut flowers and leaves to card base with foam adhesive. tie ribbon around card base, attach twine to button and tiew in bow attach to ribbon knot. attach trinket pins to ribbon knot as shown. stamp love lives here from sentiment set onto water colour paper, center smallest detailed scallops die on and cut. cut around die to form the small oval, lightly ink edges with walnut stain. adhere to card base layers with foam adhesive. using the moss green 3D stamp paint lightly go over leaves on image. card is complete
