You're Berry Sweet - Heartfelt Creations

Hello and welcome back to my blog.  Today it is Inspiration Wednesday and I have a card to share with you using the Farmers Market Collection from Heartfelt Creations.  The stamp images in this collection are fabulous to colour and that is what i have done with this project.

The Berries are coloured with Dusty Concord, leafs with peeled paint, many layers on this beautiful card.

Other Materials: Vintage  Photo distress ink; peeled paint distress ink; Dusty Concord Distress marker; Black Archival Ink; A2 Bracket Border Die; White Card; Wink of Stella Clear; Glossy Accents;  21/2" circle punch. Diamond Stickles; 

Instructions: Card Base measures 6.5x6" this includes the A2 Border Die cut.  Begin by cutting out the A2 border on white card, cover back with green paper from the collection. Cut a green base measuring 4 1/4 x 6 2/8" mat with white card and adhere to base. Stamp and Cut the Vintage floret Frame on white card with Peeled paint, then cut using die.  Ink edges with vintage photo and inside of circle.  Using a water brush, lightly blend colour from peeled paint ink pad and colour leaves.  Most of these will be covered, so we just want to colour these lightly. Stamp the you Inspire me sentiment with peeled paint and punch out with circle punch. Using kraft knife cut two cuts on either side of the sentiment, to put in the sentiment banner, we do not want to cut out the entire image. When done,  mat behind decorative frame  and mat this, onto white card. Stamp and cut out banner with concord ink, then stamp Berry Sentiment and place through slits and pull through Stamp, cut and colour two sets of the Berry image onto white card, colour with dusty concord and peeled paint, mold berries with molding mat and stylus; Stamp, cut and mold one set of the Jars and Vines leaf image onto green card with dark brown chalk ink. mold with molding mat and stylus. Stamp cut and mold one set of the Blooms from Birds and Blooms collection with black ink onto white card, mold with molding mat and stylus, apply purple Prills to center. Layer down Jars and vine leas first, then the berry images ontop.  Place the blooms from Birds and blooms randomly as shown in image, when all adhered down.  Apply glossy accents to berries and stickles to blooms.  add detail with wink of stella clear.

  3. Simply gorgeous, Karan! I love the deep rich colors...and the glossy accent and stickle treatments to the fruit and florals are the perfect finishing touch!
