Owl Always be there for You- Heartfelt Creations

Hello and welcome back to my blog today.  I am continuing with the cute Sugar Hollow Collection with Heartfelt Creations , here is my card for today.  The little owl couple in the stamp collection is simply adorable and what a perfect image to stamp and colour.

For this card i also incorporated some Creative Embellishments chipboard, i decided to venture out of my comfort zone and used harvest and seedless preserves ink, love that colour combination on these delightful daisies.

the Prills always add such a sweet touch dont you think?

thank you for stopping by today (hugs)
Karan

Instructions:  Watch the Video here on how to shape the Sugar Hollow Collection:  ( link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0BabZQwfU0

Begin with a 6x6 purple card base.  Look for the paper i used from the paper collection.  Cut a 6x6 for card base.  Ink the 6x6  creative embellishments  chipboard with seedless preserves distress ink, dab lightly with versa mark and sprinkle  gold embossing powder randomly. Attach to card base.  Cut a 51/8 ” x 5 1/8” from same pattern paper, lightly ink edges. And adhere with foam adhesive to chipboard.  Using Tag die, cut out tag from tag sheet and cut an additional one in purple from a coordinating  paper in collection, attach brads to each one as shown.  Lightly ink edges with distress ink. Center tags on center of card front using foam adhesive as shown. Stamp on white card with embossing ink the delightful daisies stamp and heat set with gold embossing powder.  Colour with Harvest ink in center and seedless preserves on outside edges.  Mold with molding mat and adhere prills to center as shown using Art Institute Dries Clear. Stamp two sets of leaves and colour with peeled paint.  Colour the flourish chipboard with peeled paint and cut in half and adhere so you can stil see some of the small owls on the tag. Stamp the owl couple on white card and lightly colour with distress markers.  Cut out sentiment and point cut the edges as shown, attach to bottom of card. Go over areas with wink of stella pen for detail.
