Altered Family Frame - Heartfelt Creations

Hello Friends and welcome to New Release Day with Heartfelt Creations.  I am so happy that we have a new rose coming this time.  Its always nice to refresh those roses and add beautiful detailed bouquet images and vines to top it all off.

Today i have an altered project to share with you.  I saw this frame in one of the stores i was cropping in this past summer and thought, hey, it would work so well with the Classic Rose, so here it is.  It took a while to put together as there are so many roses, vines on it.  The prep in the frame took a couple days with crackle drying time.

Below are some detail images of the frame

love how it turned out and so perfect for family gift to show case those most memorable photos.

Happy Scrapping!

Other Materials: Kaisercraft MDP Photo frame; Americana Paint; white gesso. Want to Scrap Bling; Maya Road canvas Banners; and chipboard alphabet; Prima metal embellishment; wood letters and love bulb.; Peeled paint distress ink; rusty hinge distress ink; glue gloss pen, clear glitter; 3- 4x6 photos. Rock Candy crackle.

Instructions: Prime frame with gesso, i find it easier to paint when its primed. Then paint with Americana paint. Adhere frame and back together when dry. Apply rock candy crackle to areas of frame and set aside to dry.  Paint chipboard letters with paint and apply thick layer of rock candy crackle. Set aside to dry. Meanwhile, cut pieces of paper from collection that will work with photos you have in mind for altered piece. Cut out and ink edges with rusty hinge.  Stamp and cut about 25 sets of classic rose on white card with dark brown chalk ink, colour with rusty hinge and mold.  Assemble roses and buds so you have 12 roses and buds and have some extras to just do flowers. Stamp and cut out 10f the rose floral vine from HCPC 3753 with dark brown ink and colour with peeled paint distress ink. Stamp and cut out four of the small rose vine from the classic rose bouquet with dark brown ink and colour roses with rusty hinge and leaves with peeled paint. When frame is dry, adhere papers to inside of frame, attach photos.  In one small block attach want 2 scrap bling and two mini banners, then add the prima embellishments X O and metal clock. Adhere the alphabet letters together so they take up less space on frame and adhere on top of frame as shown.  Using the colored vines as base, cut apart if you need to, add in molded vines, and leaves along with flowers on edges and corners of frame.  Add flowers to inside of some of the pocket areas for added detail. Assemble as you like, add more flowers if you prefer.  Detail crackle with rusty hinge ink wiping off excess, add glitter to roses and leaves,
