Thoughts and Prayers - Heartfelt Creations


Happy Wednesday and welcome to my blog! Today I am sharing a card using the fabulous Blushing Rose collection form Heartfelt Creations.  This collection blends beautifully with the classic rose collection which i have used here :D

Other Material: Fossilised Amber Distress Ink; Peeled Paint Distress Ink; Tahiti Chalk Ink; Clear glass beads, glue gloss pen, Neenah white cardstock,  foam adhesive

Instructions: Card base is 6x12 folded in half. Cut Regal borders die on paper in collection that will coordinate with 6x6 panel. Stamp and cut Rose Swirl die out three times on white card, colour with peeled paint and use as background for flowers, allowing to stand out among flowers. Stamp and cut 4 sets of classic rose on white card, colour with fossilised amber distress ink. Make 2 roses; layer rest of flowers and leave come smaller flowers to set glass beads. Colour five of the smaller flowers with Tahiti to offset all that gorgeous yellow. Stamp and cut one of the rose vines on white card with dark brown chalk ink, colour with peeled paint and cut apart to create three smaller vines, use as base for flowers. Search for sentiment in collection, lightly ink with distress ink.  Assemble flowers, leaves and swirls as you like, look for sentiment in collection
