Life is better at the Sea - Heartfelt Creations

May 11, 2016

Hello Friends and welcome to my blog today.  It is brand new release Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations and I can say that is a we are all going to have a fishing good time.  This is a gorgeous collection filled with coral, portholes and beautiful corals and turquoise blues in this collection.

My first project with this collection is a paper heavy card, filled with all by one of the die cuts/stamp in the collection.

Even if you are not one to colour, you will want to color these images, they are fun and whimsical and if you are a avid water fan, it will bring you indoors!

I have 6 workshops coming to Oshawa, Bolton and Nova Scotia using this collection, the ladies are going to have an awesome time playing with the Hibiscus.

Happy Scrapping

Instructions: Card Base is 5.75 inches by 7 inches.  On Paper in collection, cut two – A2 panels from collection and distress edges.  Cut a 5 .5 x 6 .75 inches on blue paper in collection and edge distress.  Third layer is 6 x 4.6” paper from collection. After all are distressed, layer together with foam adhesive. Stamp and cut out the Hibiscus; the Porthole; the seahorse; large shell and the Coi Fish, colour all the stamped images.  Look for sheet in collection that has images pre coloured and cut out the small she shells. Cut out a second porthole so we can layer the porthole and pop the fish with foam. After colouring the Hibiscus, mold them using the place Porthole down first and layer all the sea images around.  Cut out the life is better at the sea from the 6x6 card panel in collection. Tuck in the small shells for added detail. Use diamond stickles at very end to add glitter detail.  Once all together, use copper pearl pen on the porthole for added detail. Set aside to dry.
