March Challenge at Quick Quotes

Happy Friday to you!
Its my first time hosting a challenge over at Quick Quotes!

It's the very first Friday of the month and time for our new challenge!  Today at Quick Quotes we have a new challenge up for you.  I first designed the layout using the incredible Tin Type Line and then created the sketch, be sure to play along.
So here is the sketch

the vellum silhouette that i used, i cut inhalf and also stamped
some images on it using the same colour of inks noted above.
******
are you loving the background.  I used Quick Quotes Powder Puff Inks and stamped Hero Arts and Tattered Angels images on the background using Mango Mai Tai, Mocha Mama, and Baja Blue
i used the Spellbinders foliage die and die cut some foliage and then inked them using the same three colour inks.
i love the new chipboard laser cuts from Quick Quotes there is so much you can do with these.
I used three colours of Powder Puff Inks on this project by stamping some favorite images on the background using. Mango Mai Tai, the new Baja Blue (love this colour) and Mocha Mama
I heat set it to dry.
the script stamped in mocha mama is a hero arts stamp,
as is the bubble looking which i stamped using Mango Mai Tai

i wanted the gears to look like they were metal so i blended the same three colour inks on all the chipboard, i think it looks pretty cool!

Maya Road chipboard letters were covered with Mango Mai Tai and some of the Prima flowers were blended with ink to match the layout.
Drop on by the Quick Quotes blog for further details.
