Love Note Tags: - Sizzix

 Good afternoon Creative Friends and welcome  back to my blog,. Today I am sharing two tags i designed with the new release from 49 and Market, by Sizzix designed by Katie Pertiet

The base of the tag is die cut using the Bracket and Tag die from Photoplay. I cut this out on water color cardstock. I then colored the base using antique linen distress ink. I stamped the painted palette on each tag and colored with some of my favorite distress inks. 

for the Orange Tag

The inks I used are 

Rusty Hinge, Dried Marigold, Antique Linen, Saltwater Taffy

For the Red Tag:

The Inks I used on the Red Tag:

Aged Mahogany, Fired Brick, Abandoned Coral and Saltwater Taffy

After heat setting and stamping my color palette, i went over each Palette with Distress Crackle Paint Rock Candy ( medium layer, ) I then sprinkled with glitter. and I set aside to dry. 

I die cut all the Fine stems for both tags, colored with my colored palette for each tag and repeated the same steps. I stamped and  die cut, then colored the Love Die ( 666807) from the Fine Stems and colored. I am so pleased with how these turned out.
