Good Morning Creative Friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am continuing with a card a week for 2026. 

Todays card, although simple and elegant, bears the same florals as my first card i shared just a couple weeks ago, Florals 31. 

Just because a die is named a rose, does it mean it has to be? Absolutely not,  that is what i have always loved about the Paper Flowers from Elizabeth Craft Designs, you are open to interpretation. 

I began with some water color paper and did a smooshing technique on the front, I heat set that and added some white and gold splatters. 

I die cut circles, one larger circle in white card, the other from the Bohemian rose paper collection

I love the Fern Greenery Die and i added that, die cutting it in white and gold and on the leaf sprig, i colored that using Bundled Sage Distress ink. 

The deckled edge on my card is done by using a Tim Holtz deckle trimmer ( I am really beginning to love that edge, its so perfect for cards.
