Love you More - Sizzix

Good afternoon Creative Friends and welcome back to my blog.

Today I am sharing a second layout designed with the new stamps dies from 49 and Market, designed by Katie Pertiet for Sizzix.

Today I am showcasing the Fine line Alpha Stamp and Die set, (666807) the Fine Stems Die set ( (666809) along with

the Build a Burst Painterly Stamps ( 666805)

This layout is dedicated to my hubby, the photo i managed to grab while we were away at a Family Christmas celebration in December and we were taking a break before the drive home.

This is a 8/5 x 11 Layout. I began stamping my background using the Build a Burst stamp set, on the Registration Press Tool ( 666771) using alternating Distress Ink Colors which coordinated with the elements I wanted to use from the Moonlit Garden Ephemera.

( Weathered Wood, Speckled Egg and Vintage photo) I then wanted to separate the burst so i added in some hand drawn squiggly lines and dashes to add some contrast i used some rubons and filmstrip acetate.

For the title, i stamped ( Love You More) onto water color paper, then colored with distress inks and die cut ( 666807)

I added in a few die cut stems and cut those out on coordinating papers from the collection.

Captured Photograph - Sizzix

Good afternoon Creative Friends and welcome to my first blog post for 2025!

What better way to begin 2025 then with my Favorite Brands:

Sizzix and 49 and Market

This new release is designed by Katie Pertiet for 49 and Market for Sizzix and I wanted to showcase a few of the sets here:

To begin, i stamped the Doily Edgers ( 666806) on coordinating papers from the Collection and used these as layers under my photo mat, you can see them to the right of the subtitle above. And under the main title shown below.

I love using foliage on my projects so i blended in Fine Stems ( 666810) I also used the Fine Stems, under the photo mat on the left side.

For the title, ( Captured Photo) I stamped Fine Line Alpha 01 ( 666807) then colored with my Zig markers and die cut out using --Fine Line Alpha 02 (666808)

Butterfly Wings - Scrap and Me

Hello friends and welcome back to my blog. Today i am sharing a layout designed for Scrap and Me using the Simple Story 3 collection.

This will be my last project for Scrap and Me, I have decided to step down after my 6 month term was completed. I have enjoyed working with their papers and fussy cut sheets. Its been a pleasure working along side some fabulous designers.

For my last project, I used flowers from 49 and Market, the butterfly wing is cut from a mini chipboard album from Mintay, and the large die cut is used from a Spellbinders die.

Together - Scrap and Me

Hello Fellow Creatives, and welcome back to my blog. I am sharing a project designed for Scrap and Me using the Spring Purple Collection.

I added in chipboard from Mintay and Dusty Attic. i fussy cut the 12" border from the Spring Purple 3/4 and used the full border on the left side of the layout.

I used a photo from a family wedding last fall ( you may have likely seen a few photos from this wedding in recent layouts)

I love the florals from Graphic 45 and used the Purple Roses.

I cut one of the photo mats from the Purple Set and used that behind my photo.

Love Knows No Limits - Scrap and Me

Hello Fellow Creatives, and welcome back to my blog. I am sharing a project designed for Scrap and Me using the Vintage Garden Collection.

I fussy cut elements from Leaves 10, and clusters from the Vintage Garden Flowers, using papers from the collection for added photo mats.

I used come chipboard pieces i have in my stash from Mintay, and painted the bird cage to coordinate with the papers, the clock and title i left natural.

Remember- Scrap and Me

Good Morning Creative Friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a layout I designed for Scrap and Me.

This is 12 x 12 designed I used papers from the Meadow Impressions Collection. and fussy cut leaves from Leaves 3

I created those gorgeous flowers by hand and i wanted to coordinate with this paper collection.

The title is from Scrapalicious,

and below a few detail photos of the layout

I used an MDF board from Little Birdie Crafts and a wooden shutter from Prima to add even more dimension to my project

Captured Moments - Scrap and Me

Hello Creative Friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a project designed for Scrap and Me using papers from the new Dream a Little Collection.

The Dream a Little collection is perfect for any photo, but especially for wedding photos in my opinion. With its gorgeous pastel colors in blue and pink, i used a photo of a family wedding we attended last fall.

I torn the Dream a Little 9/10 on a corner angle and mounted that on Dream a little 1/2. I tucked in a large chipboard border underneath to add more delicate detail

Using papers as a photo mat and distressing the edges, i mounted my photo on top. added in flowers from 49 and Market.

The chipboard mini title is from Dusty Attic and the dainty flourishes are Scrapaholics.

I decided to white wash the pattern background a bit to tone down the pattern but enough to allow the colors to still shine through, I hope you like my project share and look forward to seeing you next month.
