There are so many ways to watercolor an image but today I am using distress re-inkers to show you how you can color an image easily, with just some water and ink.
Check out my steps to create stunning hand made water color card.

1. Ink your acrylic block with your desired ink color and smoosh onto your water color paper.

2. Heat set to dry. Then repeat with a coordinating color and heat set that to dry.

3. Heat Set to Dry

4. Stamp your Wild Blooms using the Sizzix Studio Accessory Registration Press Tool .

5. Using your Re Inkers, dot a bit of color onto your surface.
6. Using a water color pen, color the petals of the Wild Blooms ( I used a mix of Picked Raspberry Distress Ink and Saltwater Taffy Distress Ink, these two colors blended together are some of my favorites.)

7. Color all the petals on all the Blooms this way
8. . Don't forget to add a bit of color (Fossilized Amber) to the centers of the Blooms.

9. Repeat the same steps for a second set of florals that we can fussy cut to add dimension to the card.

10. Splatter some White Acrylic Paint onto your card prior to adding the top Blooms.
11. Stamp your sentiment and to your card.
12. Matt your card.
13. You can use this easy technique to color most any stamped image. Have lots of fun finding your favorite color combos!
