- I have secured a special rate of $119.00 per room per night based on single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.
- Additional charges may apply for additional people in the room.

Guests are required to provide photo identification and a valid credit card on check-in arrival.
The cut-off date for the group rate is Sept 4, 2024. After the date, you will pay what ever the going rate of the hotel is at time of booking
We recommend you make your reservations well in advance of Sept 4, 2024.
Access to Paper Lane Studio mini shop, with kits, papers, stamps, embellishments, adhesives, tools and more.
- Cost is: $145.00 (plus HST) per person ( total of $163.85)
- Non Refundable Deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your spot.
- Deposits are non refundable unless the Hotel/Or we cancel the event.
- If you need to cancel you will be responsible for finding someone to fill your spot, once your spot has been filled, your deposit will be refunded.
- If we sell out and have a waitlist, we will work with you to fill your cancelled spot.

- Remaining Balance of $88.85 Due no later than August 1, 2024.
- You are welcome to split the balance into two payments if that makes it easier for you.
- You can opt to pay in full as well.
- I will have exclusive kits for sale, I will have the samples on hand, but I will not be running any classes. I will be concentrating on my make n takes.
** Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis with payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
No refunds for cancellations, however, registration is transferable to another
person at any time if you can find someone to take your place. If we sell out and have a waitlist, we will work
with you to fill your cancelled roommate's spot.
All cancellations or transfers must be notified in
writing to karangerber@gmail.com
If you have extenuating circumstances such as death or serious illness, please
reach out to us to discuss. There will be absolutely no refunds for
no-shows. There are no refunds for weather including travel delays related to
weather.
General Terms and Conditions:
By registering and agreeing to these terms, you hereby release Karan Gerber and Paper Lane Studio, and its employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, lawsuits, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance at an event hosted by Karan Gerber & Paper Lane Studio
We are not responsible for loss, theft or
damage to your belongings.
Your registration serves as confirmation that you have read and understand our
policies.
