Celebrate Card - ECDesigns

Good Morning friends and welcome to my blog.

Today I am sharing a card i designed using the new Volume II floral die collection from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

The card measures 6.5 in. x 7 in. its final measurement, cut papers to fit that size

These dies are amazing to work with, cut like butter and using the Soft Petal cardstock to cut color and mold these flowers make it super easy to create any flower from the collection

To start off with we will need to cut three sets of each die from the soft petal cardstock and then being to color.  For the flowers, color the outside side of the flowers using Red Geranium Archival Ink adding Leaf Green in the middle.

I cut some smaller flowers from Florals 7 and left them white adding a small pale yellow stamen to the center.

for the Leaves, i sued Leaf Green Archival Ink and colored them leaving a bit of white for highlight

The square in the center of the card, i placed a square of adhesive ( 5x5 ) and covered it with
cool Diamond Glitter making sure i burnished after shaking off the excess glitter. After matting this on white cardstock i colored some seam binding and wrapped it around the card.

I inserted some stamens in the smaller flowers coloring them with Leaf green

I created two roses from and two smaller flowers to add more dimension to my card.

I cut out a stitched fishtail on white cardstock using the second to smallest die and then stamped a sentiment using black archival ink..

and here is my final project

Beautiful Moments - Elizabeth Crafts

Hello Friends and welcome to my first blog post as a

Design Team Member for Elizabeth Crafts.

Joset asked me if i would be interested in joining in on Januarys group post, and the theme is "scrapbook" so, of course i had to say yes!

I dug into my Coral Vintage Artistry papers from 49 and Market,

used a photo from a dear friend and designed this.

i used some Dusty Attic Chipboard that i had left over from my previous commitment and thought it would work great here for a subtitle and love that large clock.

I used flowers from Florals 3, leaves from Florals 1; the Ornate Gateway; Stitched Fishtail; the tabs on top are from Planner essential 30 and
the small wave ( looks like a torn edge just sitting on top the fishtail layers)
is from Planner Essentials 22.

Be sure to drop on by the main Blog and check out the rest of the teams work. we would love to inspire you to create some fantastic layouts.

Materials Used:

Chipboard from Dusty Attic (clock and title)

49 and Market Coral Artistry Papers

5mm foam buds, pale yellow stamens

snow paste; wow embossing powder

Tea Rose Archival Ink; Vintage Photo Distress Ink; Peeled Paint Distress Ink

Cards Using Elizabeth Craft Design Florals

Hi Friends i have created a few cards over the past week that i wanted to share here on my blog. They are all designed using papers from 49 and Market and dies from the first floral collection from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

What i love about these dies, is there is no stamping involved, you just pick your cardstock paper, die cut color with ink if you want and shape. These dies have been a big time saver and super budget friendly as it eliminates that unnecessary cost of stamping each and every flower and leaf.

( never mind trying to line up the die and make sure it stays in place when you run it through your machine)

My newest card : Live for the Moment

Live for the Moment Card for
Elizabeth Craft Designs
I designed a card using the leaves from #florals1 flowers from #florals3 as well as the #stitchedfishtail and #berrybranch on this card. Lightly shaped and colored with Tea Rose Archival Ink, set with Coral and White Prills. I used the the fishtails die for the sentiment. Papers are from #49andMarket

A Thank you Card using the flower dies from
Elizabeth Craft Designs
. I used #florals4, die cut on bazzill smooth cardstock and shaped and molded with a stylus and shaping mat. I have colored the flowers with tea rose archival ink and peeled paint distress ink in the middle.
Stamens are from my stash. There are new release flowers coming this month, its going to be fun getting back to flower making. What i love about these, i don't have to stamp, or line up the dies, HUGE time saver for me oh did I mention $$ saver too

I designed a card using the #florals1 #florals2 as well as the #stitchedfishtail and #ornategateway on this card. The florals2 are the small white flowers, lightly shaped with pale yellow stamens. The Florals1 are the blue colored flowers. Set on the Ornate Gateway using the fishtails die for the sentiment. All dies are from Elizabeth Craft Designs

. Easy to use and work with, So much fun creating. Papers are from #49andMarket

New Year: New Design Team - Elizabeth Craft Designs

HI Friends, its a new year! and I have some awesome news to share with you.

For those who have been following me on Facebook, i have been sharing some projects designed using the planner essential line from @ElizabethCraftDesigns. I love the idea behind the design of them. My idea in looking at this line was to create a smaller photo album. A way that i could incorporate my love for dies and paper, never mind a mini album/binder

I had seen these dies last summer (2019) and thought, im not ready to start into a another album idea just yet, so i stayed away from them,

In looking at ideas for classes later this year ( crossing fingers i can get back to classes later this year) I had invested a small fortune in dies hoping to familiarize myself with the dies, how they cut, how they work, and whether or not i would like them and would promote the brand in classes and online.

Well, i love them, i began sharing some of my projects on Facebook, tagging the Brand and sharing photos of my projects, never thinking, i would be asked to join the Planner Team and the Floral Team! I was a bit unsure with our home build going on, a big move coming and relocating my entire family in the coming months.

But i was told they would work with me and my schedule until i was settled.

So, YES!! I was asked to join the team over at Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Team as well as their Floral Team. I am excited to dig in and get started.

I wanted to share a few pages form my Travel Planner

The Slider Pocket

The Christmas Tree

The Camera Kit and Pocket

I hope you continue to drop by and check out my work in the coming months, i cannot wait to inspire you!
