Hello G45ers and welcome to the blog today as I share with you my
December Planner using the fabulous Letters to Santa Collection.
I have to admit, I am a A5 planner Fanatic as well and I was looking at the Travel Album
and Notebook and I thought it would be great to work that into my December Planner.
I came up with a plan to incorporate it and here is what I came up with.
Taking the notebooks out of the Travel Album,
-I cut a A5 planner base page,
-lined up the notebook on the template
- and used a pen to mark my holes.
-I then took my Crop-o-Dile and punched the holes.
-The book would have been too thick to run through mydie cutting machine, and I wanted the holes to be the same on each and every page.
I then went to the middle of the notebook and took the staples out and used the pages
in my A5 Planner, what a great idea!! In the end I put the third notebook pages at the back
of my A5 Planner for more journaling and photos.
Using the Stamps, I stamped various images on the Notebook Pages, and looked like
they fit perfectly in my planner.
I used various dies and die cut images I felt would work with Letters to Santa.
I tried to use one notebook page for each day of the month of December, I also used a die to cut the Dates out.
covered it with paper from the collection and used it as a page in my A5 Planner.
This is the front of the Notebook Cover Page.
I love how this project turned out and hope I have inspired you to pull out that unused or waiting to be
used Travel Album and perhaps, try this idea, especially if you are an A5 Planner Fan like me.
Check out my walk through video of the Planner and how I altered the notebooks to
use in the Planner.
