Hi Friends, welcome to my blog today, I have some mixed media inspiration for you designed for Dusty Attic. You know how much i love cogs, gears and time pieces, and this is for the January Moodboard Challenge.
Here is my take on the challenge;

the clock is from prima; and it has been sitting in my corner, waiting to be altered; i love the chipboard cogs and gears for this one and the Broken Bit Numbers add an awesome touch too.
I used one of the industrial corners and placed it on the left lower side of the clock. I have to admit, im not a fan of pink, i have two boys and hubby makes three; although i dont mind working with pink, its not my go to color, so i used all the colors on this project except the pink!

i have the navy blue; the turquoise; the grey and light tan and my yellow is more of a mustard yellow ( Yellow Rust) but yellow just the same ( Wink)

I cut out a piece of chipboard in a circle and hot glued this right inside the center of the clock and build all my layers on this. Starting first with the mini chains, adding a Broken Bit Number, then cogs and gears

I cog border, i dampened with water and molded it to the side of the clock while still wet; and i added a piece to the right side and left side of the clock.
