My Simple Life - Elizabeth Crafts

HI Creative Friends,

today over at Elizabeth Craft Designs we are launching the #Everydayblooming collection designed by Annette Green. I only received my prototypes yesterday so i dug in and created this.

This is designed using the Everyday Honey Bee; Playful Flowers; Postage Stamps; Large Doilies; and Happy Stamp Set. 

I designed this as a junk journal page which i can easily put into the book. The bee and the everyday flowers are fun to put together.

Le' Romantique Mini Album - Graphic 45 BA Call 2023-2024

Hello Creative Friends,

I am back to share with you my final project for the current Brand Ambassador Call for Graphic 45, 2023-2024.

If you have followed along my crafting journey, you will know i have a passion for Mini Albums, I love creating with them and have made a few in the past from scratch and this one today, is made from scratch.

This beautiful mini was created from scratch using black chipboard, black cardstock and Le Romantique Collection from Graphic 45.

One thing i added in this hand made mini was side pockets to each page, which allowed me to create a 10.5 x 6.5 pull out ( photo sleeves) for added photos.

This mini album measures 7.5 x 6

I always do some kind of closure on my mini albums, but this time, i thought i might try doing a belly band. So this belly band wraps the entire album, and all the detail ( Roses from Graphic 45 and die cuts) are on the band itself, so when you remove the band, the album can remain flat.

Spine Detail -

most spines are often left flat, but i thought it would be an added touch to add some curve to the spine making it look like an old book.

When i create a mini album, i always look at the inside front and inside back covers as being the opening and closing to my album and often will added flips or waterfalls to add even more photos, i have done that to this album too.

Using a detail corner rounder on my photo flips throughout the album, gave it a great detail too. Below are a few images of the inside pages. I only had the 12 x 12 collection pack on hand, so no ephemera, i did cut a few images from one of the papers to detail my photo flips.

on above page i added a pocket and used a detail border punch. and Used one of the chipboard pieces

Folio Journal - Graphic 45

HI Creative friends

I have another project share for you designed for the 2023 - 2024 Brand Ambassador call for Graphic 45. #G45BACall23

This Folio Journal was created using the Enchanted Forest Collection. The folio measures 7x9 and the base was created from a cabinet file folder. I then cut my inside pages to fit and bound it by hand. Adding in an accordion flip on the inside front, and inside back. Using the Large tag die to create an oversize magnetic overlay to add more dimension.

I fussy cut some images for the cover and added a few flowers using the flower die from the large tag set. I hope you like my second project for the call.

Love Knows No Limits - Scrap and Me

Hello Fellow Creatives, and welcome back to my blog. I am sharing a project designed for Scrap and Me using the Vintage Garden Collection.

I fussy cut elements from Leaves 10, and clusters from the Vintage Garden Flowers, using papers from the collection for added photo mats.

I used come chipboard pieces i have in my stash from Mintay, and painted the bird cage to coordinate with the papers, the clock and title i left natural.

Catch of the Day - Shadow Box - Graphic 45

HI Creative Friends

I have a project share for you designed for the 2023 - 2024 Brand Ambassador call for Graphic 45. #G45BACall23.

I have been having fun in my scrapbook room since i returned from holidays and this is one of a few projects i will be sharing over the next little while. 

This is a 8x8 Shadow Box Frame designed using the #catchoftheday Collection.  We live close to the water here and this collection was perfect for the project i had in mind. 

I fussy cut out the lighthouse images and used some of the journal cards and images from the collection. I then used the flower dies from the Large Tag Set to create the flowers. 

This will be a great little decor piece I will be proud showcase in our home.
